I love the fact that Physical Therapy is a team effort. The therapist and the patient work together to achieve their goals. I have the privilege of watching the patient improve and teaching them how to treat their body.
ABOUT Anna grew up watching her aunt, a pediatric physical therapist, help children learn to walk and play using assistive devices. Anna thought her aunt was a miracle worker, and knew at a young age that she wanted to be just like her! Something that Anna loves about the Physical Therapy profession is that it encourages lifelong learning. The field is always changing with new research, techniques, and practice guidelines, which motivates Anna to be the best therapist she can be. Anna stives to continue learning within the Physical Therapy profession to provide her patients with exceptional care.
Outside of work, you can find Anna exploring local businesses! She loves Milwaukee, and wants to integrate her profession into the community. A self-proclaimed foodie, Anna loves cooking for her friends and family (carbonara is her specialty), or checking out a new Milwaukee restaurant. When she's not trying a new recipe, Anna enjoys lifting heavy weights at the WAC, snuggling her pup, or enjoying some live music.
