Carol Dusold, MPT, DPT is owner of the PT Plus Bay View clinic. She graduated in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College and received her master’s in physical therapy from Hahnemann University in 1993. Following many years in the clinic, Carol earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2015. Carol has experience in geriatrics and outpatient orthopedics and is further trained in Primal Reflex Release Technique, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, Strain Counter Strain, and Trigger Point Dry Needling. She treats conditions including sport injuries, workers’ compensation injuries, post-surgical issues, shoulder, hip, low back and neck pain, vestibular and balance problems, as well as dysfunctions arising from strokes, MS and Parkinson’s disease.

Carol’s professional goal was to create, nurture and grow a clinic with various practitioners and class instructors coming together to provide a venue for patients to move, heal, and connect. PT Plus has provided the avenue for this goal to become a reality.

Carol has memberships in the American Physical Therapy Association, the Private Practice Section, and the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Carol playing basketball and golf, hanging with her family and fur babies, camping and traveling. She also teaches Nia, an exercise class combining martial arts and dance, which is a good compliment to physical therapy.
