CUSTOMIZED PHYSICAL THERAPY
FOR NECK PAIN & BACK PAIN

Non-invasive and drug-free treatment to mitigate pain and restore your quality of life.

Neck and
Back Pain

Nearly 80% of adults will experience back or neck pain at some point in their lives. It is the leading cause for work limitations; about 65 million Americans report a history of lower back pain. If you've experienced it, you know that sometimes it goes away on its own, but sometimes it stays with you, becoming chronic. This can cause serious problems in your quality of life, making daily activities difficult and negatively affecting your mental health. PT Plus will help you mitigate pain and improve your mobility so you can go back to doing the activities you love and live the life you deserve.

How Physical Therapy for Neck and Back Pain Help

Picture
Oftentimes, back and neck pain is caused by issues elsewhere in the body (ex. injury, infection, poor posture or other musculoskeletal complications). Regardless of the problem, our therapists will treat the root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms. We utilize two types of physical therapy to help patients: active and passive therapy.
Picture

Active

is performing stretches & exercises to improve flexibility and range of motion.

Passive

means the patient doesn't have to take action. It involves hands-on treatment and using heat or ice packs, ultrasound, ESTIM, and other modalities that will help reduce pain and inflammation.
